Every message is sorted by meaning: safe, emergency, needs care, or off-limits. Sesi helps calmly in a real emergency and never blocks innocent questions like “what is smoke?”. Phone numbers, emails and addresses are hidden before a message reaches the AI, and every reply is checked for bad words. The same rules apply at every age.
